Here's My experience so far: The card gives you 30,000 bonus points if you spend $3,000 in 90 days since the card was first activated. I met the goal in 2 months and the bonus was added within 2 to 3 business days. Really came in handy because I used some of those points for a last minute flight over the holidays. For those wondering how I met the goal so quickly, just pay your bills with the card and if you have a car and constantly travel, fuel is your big expense. I also go out to restaurants and pay streaming services. This card came in handy. Downside: No extra bonus for grocery shopping, which I do a lot of.

I received my card within 2 weeks of approval, if you happen to be in a hurry to use the card for a last minute big expense that you could use the card for, you're setting yourself up for failure. Plan ahead and apply for credit cards during the spring or summer when there are not many holidays or shopping specials.

The app, which is from Wells Fargo, is ok. Not as good as some other banking apps but it does the basics: Check balance, make payments, and see a breakdown of your expenses so far (even the temporary ones), activate/deactivate the card, check your FICO score, setup alerts, and see your monthly statements. What it does not do: see a breakdown of your points that you earned with your purchases, or make purchases with your points. You have to use your browser to use some of the cards features. Navigating through the app or even the website has a steep learning curve but you are able to use all the benefits that comes with the card and it even gives you tips on how to use some of its perks like getting concert tickets or get special treatment at participating restaurants in a city. Definitely a plus but it takes some effort to use them. Sometimes the app crashes but they constantly have updates to prevent this.

The card looks great. It is made from metal (don't know what kind of metal), its weight and thickness is noticeable"

Great card and rewards!

Was apprehensive getting this card based on Wells Fargo’s recent history but the reward system and honestly the metal card with no annual fee was too enticing to pass up. Applied for it easily and the card arrived in about a week. Card and rewards worked flawlessly for a few weeks until I started having a few issues at a couple retailers. They were having trouble reading the card (had the same brand machine). Before I could contact them, I received an email and a physical letter letting me know of the issue and they sent me a new card and $50 in credit for the issues which was more than expected, especially after reading some reviews here. No issues at all with the bonus points and redemption works well. I have only called in once due to some upcoming travel but the card worked well whenever I have travelled. When I called it was easy to get with a human and they were very polite and helpful. Insofar, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a credit card.

I applied for this card, knowing I had some big expenses coming up, in order to take advantage of the intro offer. My application was approved, but the card arrived an entire month later, effectively reducing my window for the intro offer from 3 months to 2 months...I've read other reviews here that complain about the same thing. Multiple calls to 'customer service' only connected me to operators playing dumb about the status of my card. When it finally arrived in the mail a month late, I closed the account. Am shopping for a card from a bank that has some integrity.
