NIGHTMARE

I had this card and at the begging it was great, however i had an issue when i was told i would get  interest free for a full year due to a promotion they were having. When i checked i had interest fees like crazy i called and asked why this was happening and they told me they had no idea about the promotion i had explained to them about. they escalated my case and told me they could get back to me within a week; surprise they didn't call me back and i called to speak to the manager, she was not much help and told me i had to pay the balance off right away if i didn't want the interest to keep adding up. I was disgusted with the whole situation so i paid my balance and cancelled my account. If could rate this card half a star i would.

PNC might cancel your credit card if you got replacement card because of fraudulent charges

I recently got 2 fraudulent charges and I immediately notified the bank. They canceled the card, reverted fraudulent charges and sent me new card. So far so good.
I tried to use new card but it got denied. I called customer service and I was told that my credit card was canceled because it was delinquent. I had this card since 2006 and it had automatic payment of minimal balance. So how could it be delinquent? Well, PNC will transfer the balance from old card to new one but they will NOT transfer automatic payments, so you are in for surprise with $35 late fee and canceled credit card which will of course is going to damage your credit score. What a mess. I am disgusted with the way I was treated, I did not do anything wrong or malicious, always paid my balance but was discarded by PNC like a bag of trash.

They lured me in by promising 50,000 points for $500 spend.  Then they change the terms months later saying I really needed $750 spend....but oh your time has run out already.  Too bad, tough luck, you get NO POINTS!  Do not even THINK of getting this card!!!

They like to put a late payment fee when you pay on time. And also the interest fee even you pay before the due date. You don't tired of just complaining but they don't listen it will it just west of time
