Terrible card, terrible customer service. Don't recommend it at all.
"I applied for this card about 2 months ago. They ask all types of financial questions & ask you to submit your identification- even log into your bank account. Then they denied me, stating that they couldn't verify my identity. When i questioned how that could be & offered to submit evidence of my credit reports, they offered me an excuse that they were a "new company trying things out". I immediately contacted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau- who turned it over to the FDIC. Be careful with this company!!!
"Called them to get myself a replacement credit card since I lost the old one, the customer service is awful. They never pick up my phone and it always tells you to leave a message for them!!!! (I call them in the early morning and I always get we are busy please leave a message). If it takes so much efforts to replace my card, I would just simply close my account with Deserve!!
"You would really have to hate your friend to refer this card to your friend to get $30 bucks. This card will make a decision about your ability to pay when they haven't asked all the questions. This is a terrible card to apply for and I can't imagine anyone referring someone to it. They declined me based on my documents but went ahead and hit my credit when they already made the decision before hand. If your trying to fix your credit, you don't want to do it with this card. They are terrible people!
"Deserve will decline transactions quickly even if your outstanding balance is $0.00. I would never recommend this card. Annual fee and no rewards. It has no benefits at all.
